Running PixelOver 4 on Windows 10. The program failed to open a .png file that had upper case letters in the file extensions such as image.PNG
Fabulous program by the way! It's just what I needed after getting frustrated with the UI and unstable bahaviour of Pixatool.
Edit: There was nothing in the log file indicating this by the way, the output log files were identical wether or not this happened.
